Address: 5251 Oak St, Vancouver; Admission Fee: $11 Free and easy Parking; 25 minutes from downtown; Cafe inside garden; a complete walk around the park takes about 2 hours. What makes this park special is (1) it is privately owned and (2) it is located in areas in Vancouver where a typical house costs $5 million and the park stretches for a few blocks. I cannot trace the history of ownership but I am guessing the owner got rich in the last centuries by importing green house technologies from Holland. .
